Kevin Adams
Kevin is the only founding member of Upper Hutt Musical Theatre still actively involved today. Since 1975 to now he has contributed his expertise as an electrician and lighting designer/operator for over 60 shows throughout the past 45 years.
He had great input in the concept and design phases of Upper Hutt’s Expressions Arts and Entertainment Centre. A venue Upper Hutt Musical Theatre has used many times over the past years to undertake some of their largest productions.
Kevin has dedicated countless volunteer hours to Upper Hutt Musical Theatre and to the wider performing arts community in Upper Hutt. In 2009 Kevin was the recipient of a civic award for outstanding voluntary service to the community as well as being awarded a MTNZ Merit award in 2016.
Kevin, we thank-you for everything you have done for the Theatre and the community and we are honoured to have you as our patron for the third year in a row.
